“Test Pac 33” has been designed as a fully portable air operated hydraulic pressure test unit which is simple to operate and maintain. The system requires a supply of shop air to power the pump, and also hydraulic connections from the test pac to the work piece. Hose assemblies are available as extra. A wide variety of M-series pumps can be used; twenty-eight different models and different ratios are available. A simple adjustment of the air drive pressure control regulator setting determines the final output pressure and the pump will automatically stall when the desired hydraulic pressure is achieved. When the pump stalls it consumes no further energy and can remain in stall condition indefinitely. In this series of test pac all models can be operated on an air drive pressure of between 25 and 125 psi (1.8 and 9 Bar) and a hand pump option is also available for applications requiring precision pressure control or where no air drive is available.

“Test Pac 200” offers many advantages over conventional electric driven
power units. Typical advantages include:

Infinitely variable cycling speed (flow rate).

No limit to continuous start/stop application.

Pump seals are self lubricated requiring no external air line lubricator.

“Test Pac 6600” offers higher flow rate and medium pressure maximum up to 10,000 Psi.

Test Pac 6600 consists of two nos 6-HP Haskel air driven liquid pumps delivering
high flows at pressures reaching 10,000 PSI.

Models available with high flowrates reaching 20 Litres/Min.

Available with swivel caster wheels for convenient mobility

The “Testpac-6600-SS” (all SS-316 version) is especially engineered for heavy-duty field operations
in the offshore oil & gas and marine environments.

Standard “Testapc-6600” features mild steel powder coated construction.

Fluid reservoirs available for this range as “optional extra”.

Additional porting available for multiple outlets.

Individual line isolation needle valves available as “optional extra”.

“Test Pac 8800” offers higher flow rate as well as higher pressure than “Test Pac 6600”.
Test Pac 8800 consists of two nos of 8HP Haskel air driven liquid pump which delivers higher
flow rate as well as pretty high pressure up to 22,500 PSI.

This kind of system can produce a flow rate of maximum 20 Lt/Min.

Test Pac 8800 comes with SS-304 4” or 6” swivel caster wheel for better and easy handeling.

operations in the offshore oil & gas and marine industry [pictured].

For less demanding environments, the “Testapc-8800” standard unit features mild steel powder coated construction. Test Pac 8800 does not contain fluid reservoir however customized reservoir can be supplied at additional
cost with the system.

This kind of system normally contains additional port for chart recorder installation and
this also has a provision to connect additional reference gauge for calibration or
additional pressure trtansmeter.
